The Kulture

To be recognized as a "profilic storyteller and lyricist" is just part of the legacy The Kulture aim's to leave. He's purpose is to produce enjoyable music, while maintaining a unique & grounded experience through his singles and projects. He uses his experiences and upbringing in Cape Town as the basis for his music.

He taught himself how to edit videos using the professional software Premier Pro as well as how to mix his own music on Fruit Loops. He has worked with the likes of Isaac Mutant(Dookoom), Shaney Jay, GREEK, CPT Beatz, E-JayCPT among a few.

The Kulture was a finalist in Own The Block's #DontChokeRapChallenge in 2017, which was hosted by YoungstaCPT. The Kulture has seen a lot of success in this scene and has gone on to gain some of the most views in Cape Town battle rap. He has also gone onto have multiple plays on South African Radio Stations & has recently had "Dance On His Enemies" playlisted on MTV Base Africa.
